Teaching kids in today's society can be emotionally exhausting. A few encouraging words can go such a long way. Offer to bring coffee and donuts, to the teachers and/or staff, and thank them for all they do. Ask if you can clean up and decorate the teacher's lounge. Fill a basket with fruits and snacks for them, to enjoy and let the lounge be a place of being encouraged and refreshed for the day. Make goodie bags for teachers with vitamin c, mints, pens, hand sanitizer, church invites, and encouraging note. Do a silent prayer walk through the halls for the teachers as you're coming in.
